Mission
Our mission is to turn our knowledge to real value for the client that contributes to the long term sustainable improvement of the client’s business results.
Our purpose is to help managers face the biggest challenges their business faces. Through our consulting experience we acquaint them with the best innovative practices and assist them in planning their business objectives.
We aim at creating partnerships with our clients and we believe that an organization can thrive only by using the full potential of its employees. The success of each of our projects depends mostly on the clients' employees.
Our guiding principle is to transfer our knowledge to the client so that they can use it in the future without becoming dependent on the consultant.
We try to make our work results useful for our clients, so we do not produce the next “serious” consulting report. Our project results are internal documents, part of the client’s documented management system and can be used by its employees on a daily basis.
In our services and behavior we adhere to the highest professional standards that are used by all ICB employees. Our consultants observe strict rules for confidentiality and independence. We do not distribute any client-specific information without his or her prior approval.
