The achievement of the strategic objectives is one of the most serious challenges companies face today.
The implementation of a Balanced Scorecard system allows organizations to articulate their strategy and define key performance indicators (KPI) to measure the achievement of the strategic objectives. Objectives are identified in the four perspectives: financial, customers, internal processes, and learning and development, according to the methodology of R. Kaplan and D. Norton. Thus management effort is focused not only on the achievement of short-term financial results, but also on the long-term sustainable development of the organization.
In addition to the Balanced Scorecard methodology, our projects include planning how the strategic objectives are going to be achieved and the budget that is required.
Executives will receive a system for real-time monitoring of the extent of strategic objectives achievement, which allows them to take timely action to avoid potential problems. Changes in the environment can be detected and a need for company strategy adjustment recognized.
A Balanced Scorecard project includes:
• Definition of strategic maps for each executive
• Development of implementation plan that supports all strategic objectives
• Clarification of the responsibilities of each executive.
